There three pricing plans for your training needs. |

In classroom training in our Los Angeles Training Center. Our instructors will provide you with all of the support and training you will need to learn the computer reservation system you choose. Classes run 4hours per day 5 days a week we offer both day and evening classes. You will be required to make passenger reservations including air, car, and hotel, give the price of the reservation, assign seats, book cruises and tours. This is in depth training offered by former airline and travel agency employees. |

Our self paced CD-rom course and we’ll allow you six full months to complete your training for one flat fee. This offer is for those unable to train in the classroom, but will receive help from instructors using e-mail or via telephone. |

Our least expensive offering is our Online Internet Training in which you use the internet to access your training. This is the least expensive of our courses, but you must complete all course work in two months. This training is ideal for someone wanting to take the fast track to completion. |

We provide support for all of these courses, so you’ll never feel helpless or confused. At the completion of whichever course you choose, you can request a certificate of completion. There is a small fee for this, so ask when you enroll! See the course fees below, feel free to contact us if you have any questions *Please keep in mind, each reservation system has it’s origins with a major airline. The relationship of each system is as follows: These systems are in turn used worldwide in travel agencies, cruise companies, tour companies, and of course the airlines themselves. |

Refund Policy: CD-ROM delivery is non-refundable. Applications for refunds on Internet delivery must be made within the first week of ordering. No refunds after the first week. A USD20.00 cancellation penalty will be deducted from all refunds.Important note concerning orders that include books and/or CD-ROM's: Shipping and handling charges of $6.00 per book and $6.00 per CD-ROM will be added to orders shipped to U.S. destinations. Shipping and handling charges of $15.00 per book and $10.00 per CD-ROM will be added to orders shipped to destinations within Canada.
